The Silveira Consulting team is fully experienced with federal and state compliance implementation, prevailing wage laws, labor code enforcement, audit and investigation. We fully understand the California construction labor environment and the complicated funding processes including the state, federal and local requirements as related to labor compliance. In addition, we understand the priorities necessary to achieve a successful project from inception through project close-out.
